As a brand agency, GSVI was given the task of creatively as well as strategically reviewing and rethinking the congress concept developed by Stadt+Handel. As a neutral sparring partner, GSVI was able to create the development of a distinctive brand identity by critically and disruptively challenging the usual structures of the event series and looking at it from different angles. The courageous decision to change the already established title of the congress and to push ahead with the associated redesign of all media and channels appeared to be a logical and necessary consequence for all those involved.
