Red Dot Design Award 2020 
GSVI x MALZERS
2020 goes to GSVI
It’s always nice to win prizes, but the Red Dot Design Award is a special honour. With the Retail Concept for our long-standing client MALZERS, our joint project was praised by the jury and ultimately awarded the Red Dot 2020.
The exciting challenge in this shopfitting project was to develop modularly and functionally, yet simultaneously along the product groups and customer demands. In the background of the sales area, it was also necessary to optimise the ergonomics and the flow of the processes. The interplay between form and function, with the use of authentic and themeassociated materials such as wood, stone and steel, resulted in a convincing space – both architecturally and sensually.
In addition to the inviting, warm flair and ambience, the jury was particularly impressed by the uncompromising focus on baked goods. The presentation of the products and the straightforward loft-style shop design are just as inspiring as the clever arrangement of the bakery. We would like to thank the jury for the award and especially MALZERS for the trust they have placed in us. Here’s to the coming years and prizes!
