Next door are the Gedächtniskirche, the Zoologischer Garten railway station, the Tiergarten. In the middle of all this is the listed building ensemble Zoobogen of the Schörghuber Group. A real estate concept of new quality is being developed there, which is urban and green at the same time. GSVI lent the concept around the tradition-steeped location a visual identity in keeping with the concept. With the strategic location of the site in mind, a competent team of project developers and architects developed the idea for a multifunctional use of the real estate on site. Above the combination of office space, gastronomy and retail stands the vision of an urban oasis: Bikini Berlin as a local and international centre of attraction for a target group that lives values such as individuality, well-being, and sustainability – New Premium.
